We recommend taking motion sickness medication if necessary. Please note that we do not sell medication on-site. The vessel is not barrier-free. If you use a wheelchair, are elderly, or have injuries that affect walking, please consult us in advance at 0980-76-6336. (Please refer to the images for the vessel's structure). Specific seat requests are not accepted. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring all guests have a comfortable experience. Boarding in wet clothing or swimwear after swimming is not permitted. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. Please arrive at the Sea Sky Hakuhai Reception Office (located within Miyakuni Hakuhai Fishing Port) at least 20 minutes before departure to complete check-in. The captain may change the course or cancel the tour to ensure passenger safety. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided. We will contact you if a cancellation is decided, so please provide a valid phone number. If the tour proceeds as scheduled, standard cancellation fees will apply even in poor weather. 5. Cancellation Criteria The tour will be canceled if any of the following conditions are met: Wind Speed: 10m/s or higher Wave Height: 1.0m+ inside the port / 1.5m+ on the course Visibility: 500m or less Other: When weather conditions are expected to deteriorate. 6. Vessel Inspection Intermediate inspection completed between May 12 and July 6, 2025. Insurance Coverage Passenger Liability Insurance: Up to 100 million JPY per person for bodily injury (in cases where the company is liable).
